- Paying for your commission (whether in full or in parts) means that you accept the terms of service on this page. The payer (PayPal account owner) is responsible. You also agreed to the TOS when submitting a quote.
- The minimum required to secure a slot is a £35% non refundable deposit.
- Commission payments are paid through Paypal invoices only. I will send you an invoice which you will make all of your payments through. Other PayPal payments will be refunded and I'll ask you to do it again.
- Once you have been given a slot, you can not add to/edit your order. Please make sure you are happy with your choices before joining my queue.
- You agree to only pay the stated minimum payment amount (or more) on the invoice. You do not need to pay at specific times, so wait to send until you can pay the minimum amount or more. If you can not pay off by the slot time with this method then do not commission until you are able to.
- You are not qualified for a refund on your full payment if the commission has already started or is less than 3 months before the slot date.
- I won't start your commission before you've finished paying. You will be pushed back in the queue if you fail to pay in time.
- Premades/second hand Mei Fursuits suits sold through me follow the applicable rules on this page. Once you start the payment, I can't provide refunds. Be certain you want to buy the fursuit. I won't send the suit to you until you have finished payments. If you choose to back out, it'll be at a loss or I can offer a commission piece equal to what you've already paid. Payments will be through a PayPal invoice.
- Once the deposit has been paid, the rest of the payment must be paid by the time I reach your slot in the queue. Failure to do means you will be pushed back in the queue. If I am ahead of schedule, I will discuss this with you.
- If you have commissioned me and I find out your character is stolen, the commission will be cancelled and no re-funds will be provided.
- I only order my supplies in the UK. I will try my best to match the colours you need, but I can't promise they will be available. Computer screens can also alter colours slightly.
- When taking measurements, be as accurate as possible and don't make them skin tight. I will carefully work to your measurements and I am not responsible if it doesn't fit, as this means inaccurate measurements were sent. Where possible, I send spare fur with suits (at least with full suits), so you can make alterations if need be.

- I send WIPs of the foam base and the taped patterns. This is your chance to tell me if anything needs changing (e.g. The shape or markings). If this is confirmed, I won't just change it once you’ve approved it and I've moved on.

- I am a UK based maker, so postage overseas will cost more.
- I may only be able to give a rough postage price until it is ready for shipping. Invoices will be edited accordingly.
- I am not responsible for any extra custom charges that may occur.

- It is your responsibility to care for your suit! I provide detailed care guidelines which you need to follow to keep your suit in top condition. I care about my suit creations, so please brush and wash them correctly! Code- GUINEA PIG; I am not responsible for the damage your lack of care brings to the suit. It may be a wait due to my queue, but I may be able to refurb parts for existing customers at a price.
- If for any reason you want to send a suit back to me, it must be clean and odour free. I will not work on suits that have a strong smell. This includes smoke! I am also allergic to cats and dogs, so I can't have suits that have been around them. You pay for postage and work prices can be given by quote. This is for customers only.
- If your suit has a breakage within 2 months of wearing it, from just general wearing or parts are falling off; this can be fixed for free (not including postage). General wear and tear over a long time can happen to anyone, but if it happens that soon, I am happy to ensure it’s fixed. However, I do recommend learning how to sew and I’m happy to talk you through how to patch up any parts if you wish to fix it yourself and save money.
- My work room is pet/allergen and smoke free. I have guinea pigs in a completely different part of the house and they have no contact with my work. If this is still an issue, then please be cautious and don't commission a suit.
- ALL parts of the fursuit should be deep cleaned if you are sending them back to me for fixes. NSFW use may void fixes available to you, as I am not comfortable working on pieces after such use. I ask that you respect this choice and that you are open and honest with me. I am happy to provide advice on how to do at-home fixes.
